Auckland firm Stewart Germann Law Office has announced two appointments.

Andrew Skinner. 

Andrew Skinner joins the firm as a senior associate with over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial work.  

Andrew advises on the full range of business law issues, including commercial contracts, licensing, advertising, leasing, health and safety and procurement.

Having previously worked for large national and international law firms, Andrew also brings a strong commercial focus developed from extensive in-house experience in the manufacturing, construction and distribution sectors.

Khushbu Sundarji. 

Khushbu Sundarji has been appointed an associate.  

Khushbu advises on franchising and drafting commercial contracts.

She also has experience in the sale and purchases of businesses and property. Khushbu worked in Melbourne for two years before joining SGL in 2017.
