Central Otago firm Todd & Walker Law has announced a number of senior appointments.

Louise Denton has been promoted to senior associate. Louise specialises in criminal and family law.

As a criminal defence expert she is an experienced litigator and has appeared in many High Court appeals and Parole Board hearings.

Louise also leads the firm’s family law work in the areas of domestic violence and care of children following separation and other associated family law matters.

Pip Roberts has been promoted to senior associate. Pip specialises in property, commercial and family law.

She has substantial experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing and has acted on a number of large subdivisions and unit title developments.

Pip is also experienced in trusts and estate planning and has been at the forefront of developing and expanding the firm’s family law and relationship property presence.

She specialises in all aspects of employment law, including company restructures, employment disputes and negotiating employment agreements.

Jessica is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in commercial property transactions, share and asset sales, shareholders agreements and banking and finance.
