Alex Bond has rejoined Bell Gully's corporate team after four years working in the London and Paris offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was most recently a Senior Associate in Freshfields' Global Transactions team. He has experience advising corporates, private equity sponsors and other financial investors on cross-border private and public M&A and other corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors.

The firm also welcomes Gabby Smith back to the corporate team. Gabby returns to Bell Gully following four years at London firm Linklaters where she advised on a number of complex and high-profile corporate transactions. Gabby advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions.
