Wing is a New Zealand and Australian qualified Patent Attorney specialising in chemistry based technologies, pharmaceuticals and agri-tech. He assists clients to own and leverage their intellectual property – particularly in relation to patents and design registrations.

Wing regularly prepares new patent applications, advises clients through the examination process (patent prosecution) including managing the prosecution of foreign patent families and defending patent applications against oppositions by third parties.
