Wynn Williams has announced the promotion of nine of its lawyers to either Senior Associate or Associate.

Charlene Bell in the Christchurch Commercial team has been promoted to Senior Associate. Charlene works with local small and medium sized businesses as well as larger national and international corporate clients. She helps business owners and managers structure their businesses and to resolve day-to-day issues affecting them.

Lucy de Latour in the Christchurch Resource Management and Environmental Law team has been promoted to Senior Associate. Lucy specialises in resource management, environmental and local government law. She has detailed knowledge of district and regional plan formation and plan change processes, resource consent applications and resource management related law reform.

Michelle Mehlhopf in the Christchurch Resource Management and Environmental Law team has been promoted to Senior Associate. Michelle specialises in resource management, environmental and local government law. She has been heavily involved in earthquake recovery, urban development and land use planning in Canterbury.

Nick Kovacevich in the Auckland Corporate and Commercial team has been promoted to Senior Associate. Nick specialises in public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital investment, start-ups and growth stage businesses, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and constitutions and other general corporate and commercial law activity.

Stephanie Woods in the Christchurch Litigation team has been promoted to Senior Associate. Stephanie's recent experience has been primarily in acting for parties in a range of trust related disputes, acting for plaintiffs in earthquake insurance disputes, and acting for a range of insurers and insureds in professional indemnity matters.

Guy Carter in the Christchurch Litigation team has been promoted to Associate. Guy primarily works on complex commercial disputes.

Harry Shaw in the Christchurch Litigation team has been promoted to Associate. Harry deals with a variety of litigation matters including relationship property and insolvency.

Jenny Marren in the Christchurch Private Client and Rural team has been promoted to Associate. Jenny assists clients with residential property transactions, estate planning, trusts, wills, and subdivision and estate administration work.

Matthew Prendergast in the Christchurch Litigation team has been promoted to Associate. Matthew works on commercial disputes and has also had experience in insolvency, relationship property and employment matters.
