Auckland firm Lowndes has appointed Glen Holm-Hansen a senior associate. 

Glen has practised in commercial litigation for 10 years with experience in significant investigations undertaken by the Commerce Commission under the Commerce Act and Fair Trading Act as well as other regulatory bodies including the Serious Fraud office.

He regularly advises on consumer protection and assists in preparing submissions in relation to legislative reform.
