Surrey and her whanau relocated to Te Tai Tokerau earlier this year to be closer to her husband’s family, who whakapapa to Ngāpuhi and Ngātiwai. Surrey brings with her a broad foundation of legal knowledge, with particular interest in all aspects of property law, including residential conveyancing, subdivisions and relationship property. Surrey also advises on asset planning, estates, rural and commercial law matters. 

Surrey’s appointment brings WRMK Lawyers’ Kerikeri team to a total of three permanent lawyers specialising in private client and commercial law, two criminal lawyers, three legal executives, and support staff. This core team is also supported by regular visiting specialists from the firm’s other branches in Whangarei, Dargaville and Warkworth.
