About the role

In this role as Chapter Lead IT and Products Procurement, you will lead a team of five procurement business partners to deliver on IT and Product category strategies, manage general procurement engagements including product and service selection, contract negotiations, complex deals, RFX processes, delivering to cost out targets and general procurement activities while ensuring best value and outcomes are achieved. You will also be required to maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders and Spark senior leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 10 years’ PQE relevant procurement experience and relevant tertiary qualification in law, accounting or procurement
  • Good commercial acumen and extensive experience in providing advice and support on commercial agreements, consumer, and privacy matters
  • A strong understanding of technology procurement including licensing models and ability to construct technology procurement deals. A high level of numeracy is required
  • Commercial savvy, great team spirit and the drive to consistently deliver excellent client service
  • An ability to lead a team of procurement professionals
