MGZ Employment Law, established in 1995, is acknowledged as a leading provider of advice and representation to national and local clients. You will join a diverse, dynamic firm of highly skilled and professional advisors assisting clients with the resolution of workplace issues, investigations and restructuring, training, collective bargaining, and representing clients in mediation, the Employment Relations Authority, and the Employment Court.

We are seeking:

An experienced lawyer with a strong interest and background in employment law to be a Director of the firm and play a key role in developing the practice, assisting clients achieve their business objectives. This role would suit a talented, Senior Practitioner with the drive and motivation to own equity and play a key part in continuing to build MGZ Employment Law’s successful practice and vibrant business.

Alternatively, you may be a sole practitioner seeking an opportunity to work in a more supportive environment with greater capabilities and an existing business pipeline.

You will work collaboratively alongside the current Directors with the autonomy to run your own client portfolio.

We would expect you would have at least 5+ PQE and a genuine commitment to advising the firm's clients on a diverse mix of interesting employment and industrial matters.
