Job Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment agreements, personal grievances, and workplace policies
Conduct legal research and provide clear and concise advice to clients
Represent clients in mediation and Employment Relations Authority
Draft and review legal documents, including settlement agreements and employment agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a New Zealand Employment Lawyer.
Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Family-oriented with a genuine interest in work-life balance
Eligible to work in New Zealand and have a firm knowledge of New Zealand Employment Law
