The Opportunity:

An opportunity exists for an experienced solicitor who has the ability to lead and collaborate with a talented team in legal matters for the Council.

Your key responsibilities in this role include:

• Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and regulations
• Management of litigation files including court appearances
• Research and facilitation of legal opinion
• Negotiation and mediation skills
• Legal document drafting

• Local Government experience preferred but not mandatory
