We are a boutique family law firm based in Auckland and specialising in relationship property, contracting out agreements and dissolution of marriage with scope to develop into Care of Children work and other areas. A long established practice of excellent repute, we are currently unable to meet demand. 

You are a competent and confident family lawyer of at least 3 to 5 years PQE with the ability to build an initial positive rapport with clients and develop successful ongoing relationships. You will be able to work autonomously, although there is the opportunity for quality mentoring and collegiality. Working conditions can be flexible. 

Payment is on a transparent commission basis which gives you the chance to control your own income, dependent on the amount of work you generate. 

As our Director is of retirement age you will have the intention of practicing on your own account, within the next 12 months.
