The Role:
In this role, you’ll be busy, and you’ll be able to utilise your skills and experience, across an array of practice areas, such as:
Residential Conveyancing: Handle complex residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and legally compliant property transfers for our clients.
Trusts: Advise clients on trust creation, management, and administration, with a focus on asset protection and wealth preservation.
Wills: Draft, review, and update wills to reflect clients' wishes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Enduring Power of Attorney: Assist clients in creating power of attorney documents, helping them appoint trusted individuals to make important decisions on their behalf.
Estate Administration: Guide clients through the intricacies of estate planning and administration, ensuring a seamless transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
Relationship and Commercial Property: Provide legal support in matters related to relationship property agreements and commercial property transactions.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A recognised Tertiary Qualification
Proven experience (4+ years) as a General Practice Lawyer with expertise in the specified practice areas
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
Excellent knowledge of computer and practice management software, and a passion to go paperless (is this possible)?
