We are a busy Henderson 10 lawyer law firm working in property, wills, trust, estates, commercial, relationship property, family, immigration and litigation.

We are seeking a full-time experienced property, trusts and estate lawyer who can manage their own files and work independently with Partner support when required. You will generally be working in the areas of property (primarily conveyancing), wills, trusts and estates.

The role

• Full range of general practice
• Residential conveyancing
• Wills/Estates/EPOA’s

In order to be successful in this role, you will require:

• At least 5-15 years New Zealand experience as a lawyer;
• New Zealand citizenship or residency;
• The ability to prioritise and manage workloads;
• A pleasant phone and email manner;
• A sense of humour;
• Initiative and a great work ethic;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• A flexible and willing attitude.
