The scale of the Three Waters reform programme means you’ll work as a member of a handpicked team that is working across a range of challenging issues critical to reform implementation - spanning areas of corporate governance and management, pricing and economic regulation, infrastructure planning and investment, and system stewardship and monitoring. The knowledge and experience you’ll gain in contributing to this high-profile reform will have the power to transform your career.

Right now, we’re seeking two Lead Legal Advisers to join us on a fixed term role within our Finance and Commercial Team. You’ll be leading a small team of lawyers to provide a range of high-quality advice on legal issues for the Three Waters Reform Programme. The team’s role is to ensure the legal and commercial risk in the establishment of the new water service entities, and the transfer of assets from the local authorities to these new entities, is appropriately managed.
