We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our Commercial/Private client Team based in central Hamilton.

To be successful in this role, you will have a positive attitude and be willing to assist with a wide range of general administration tasks. Administration experience in a legal or professional services office environment is preferred.
We are looking for an administrator with effective and professional communication skills; strong administration skills; attention to detail; sound Microsoft Office skills; the ability to prioritise work and adapt to changing workflows; and a proven ability to manage competing tasks. You would be responsible for providing legal secretarial, trust account administration support and reception cover.
Our people are proactive and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team.
Our office is in the city, where you will be working full time, Monday – Friday. We offer a wide range of work, in a friendly office environment.
