Legal Secretary - Hamilton CBD

We have an opportunity for an experienced secretary to join our employment law team.

To be successful in this role, you will have initiative, exceptional communication skills, and be a highly organized multi-tasker. Having an eye for attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing and competing workflow demands will also be a core part of the role. You will be responsible for electronic and paper file management, document drafting and formatting, invoicing and reporting to clients, scheduling for our team of senior lawyers, and be willing to assist with a wide range of general administration tasks. 

Administration experience and sound Microsoft Office skills are essential, preferably in a professional services office environment. As you will be working with sensitive and confidential information, discretion and exercising good judgment is also a must.

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, but with a wide range of work, no day is the same!
