We are looking for a Manager, People and Culture, to build internal capability that will continue to get great results for clients, do the right thing for the firm, grow great colleagues to work with, commit to getting quality work done on time and continually improve what we do. We offer a modern and vibrant environment in which to work and a role in the range of 0.8 to 1.0 FTE.

Key outcomes for you to achieve in this role include:

  • Lead, maintain and support a culture that lives its values, implementing best practice across all facets of people management and leadership including change management when appropriate

  • In collaboration with partners, ensure career and technical skills development, and other effective people management processes are effective, readily accessible and minimise bureaucracy
  • Support the firm’s leaders and staff ensuring all people-related information and data is readily accessible to partners and staff where appropriate
  • High performing sustainable culture

To succeed in achieving these outcomes you are likely to have:

  • A credible track record of commercial acumen and sound judgment in leadership roles and collaborating with business owners to develop a desired culture
  • Strong relationship management skills, including nurturing others ability to do what’s best for the firm and working externally on the firm’s behalf
  • High levels of consistency in delivering personal flexibility, proactive service, responsiveness, openness to questions and suggestions, and delivering accurate, concise, and timely oral and written communication
  • Skills in the timely and low-level resolution of people issues as they arise, and ability to support others to do so
  • At least 5 years as a senior adviser in people management, or people management experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • A tertiary qualification
