Are you an up and coming PA looking for a step on the career ladder?

We are looking for a professional, savvy administrator with a "can do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are followed through to successful completion while also providing specialist secretarial support to the Legal & Services Democracy Manager and wider team.

You'll be customer-focused, organised and capable of producing work of a consistently high standard, be a confident communicator and possess the ability to work constructively with people at all levels.  It goes without saying that a confidential and professional manner will be maintained at all times.

You'll likely have solid experience in an administration support/PA role with a people-come-first mindset, strong diplomacy skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to meet deadlines. If you hold a relevant qualification - even better! You'll also be relied upon for your high level of computer literacy and previous exposure to agendas, report preparation and minute taking.   This role will ideally suit someone with a natural initiative towards resolving problems and using creativity to come up with smart solutions.

While experience in local government and/or informal meeting procedures would be an advantage, ultimately it will be your ability to build excellent relationships across the organisation and your assistance in keeping the Legal & Democracy Services team organised that will ensure your success
