Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Wellington CBD

  • Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 gross

Dyhrberg Drayton Employment Law, a boutique employment law firm based in Wellington CBD, has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Office Manager / EA.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • A self-starter with proven initiative and the ability to take control of a busy workload
  • A team player who will support both the partners in the office and their clients
  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Fast and accurate dictaphone and copy typist
  • Maintaining client files, precedents and templates
  • Experience with billing and supplier payments
  • Building relationships with external suppliers and providers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally will have experience in a law firm
  • Ideally an understanding of tikanga and te ao Māori and commitment to continuing development of cultural competence
