We have a fabulous new position available for a junior to intermediate property lawyer in our boutique legal firm.

The role offers hands on experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, business advice, and the opportunity to expand into other areas eg: Trusts and Elder Law.

Ayres Legal is a well-established firm, known for providing a dynamic service proposition to our loyal and varied client base.

We are well known for our trusts and asset protection work, but we cover all facets of general legal work for our clients.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with 2-3+ years of relevant recent NZ property experience with a real passion and interest in property law.

You will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and the ability to think for yourself
• Strong research skills
• The ability to appropriately prioritise your workload
• An eye for detail
