Relationship Manager - wholesale managed investment schemes and debt securities
We are a well-established Supervisory and Trustee business with a focus on governance, risk and compliance and supervision frameworks. The services we provide, and our experience and reputation, have made us the preferred corporate trustee for many of New Zealand's leading corporations, financial institutions, retirement villages, and property fund managers. We are licensed to provide supervision services in respect of entities issuing financial products under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will promote and manage the effective delivery of all services for Covenant clients and supervised entities. The role primarily involves the supervision of retail or wholesale managed investment schemes and debt securities.

You will have some experience in property and/or banking law and will be looking for a change from a strictly legal role. You may have experience at a licensed supervisor or in otherwise relation to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. However, this is not a prerequisite provided you are willing to learn. It is important that you have strong written and verbal communication skills and can develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, investors and Regulators (FMA and RBNZ). It is also important that you understand that working with honesty and integrity is the foundation of building the trust and confidence of others.
