Excellent opportunity for an experienced Relationship Property and Family Solicitor to join our busy and growing practice.
Suited to a candidate with 5+ years experience in relationship property and family law. The role would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their career and gain exposure to high quality and challenging work in a forward thinking law practice.
The role offers exposure to relationship property work, but there will also be other areas of family law work involved including care of children, domestic violence, guardianship and paternity. Experience of broader relationship property matters including the interrelation with trusts would be highly regarded.
You will work directly with the firm’s Family Law Principal and work collaboratively with other junior members of the team in a mentoring capacity. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously on files and to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and high performing team environment.
Strong candidates with less PQE will be considered provided there is a strong background of relationship property experience. The role would suit full time candidates, however hours can be negotiated for the right person, if you are someone who is looking for reduced or flexible work hours, or a fixed term contract (minimum of 1 year).
