About the role

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional lawyer to join Fonterra in an in-house role where you will work independently on a variety of matters across the Co-operative. It is challenging, fast-paced, distinctive, and highly rewarding and will give you exposure to both local and overseas projects.

This role will see you take responsibility for a varied portfolio with a range of areas to cover – a great way to expand your knowledge.

At Fonterra, we actively encourage and support our people when they need to work from different locations, or at different times. This supports work-life balance and helps us retain our people if their circumstances change. We welcome talking to you about your flexible working needs.

You have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships across the wider business and externally. Your focus on accountability, ownership and your ability to act independently will see you excel in this role.

Your key attributes will be:

  • Strong law firm and/or in-house experience working with major companies and complex organisations
