This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Secretary with experience in conveyancing at The Legal Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for working with their team to assist with file management, legal document preparation, assisting in conveyancing transactions, utilizing clerical skills, managing diaries, and providing administrative support to a Director and Legal Executive with a busy conveyancing practice.

Required skills for the role include:

• Experience as a Legal Secretary in a practice which involves conveyancing, estate work, wills, trusts and most aspects of general practice private client work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Diary Management
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations
• Experience with LINZ, Webforms, dictation and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Actionstep practice management system a plus
