Core Legal Limited is a law firm in Masterton and we are looking for a superstar lawyer to join our growing practice.

We are seeking a new team member interested in working as a general practitioner. If you are the successful candidate, you will work autonomously and assist others on our team while creating and growing your own client base in time.

Core Legal was established in April 2020 and incorporates two older law firms. We have quickly established ourselves in the region and have a large client base.

The role:

You will get exposure to a variety of work, expected to include but not limited to residential conveyancing, commercial/corporate transactions, and relationship property work.

A desire to work hard and be a team player in an open plan office is a must, together with the motivation to deliver high quality legal services to our clients. We actively promote and want our team to enjoy a positive approach to work.

You will be working alongside an energetic and successful team where you:

About you:

The successful applicant must be able to engage in a fast-growing, young practice and be on the forefront to assist our clients to achieve a resolution.

Ideally, you would have 2+ years PQE however, for the right person, we will consider less experience.

It is crucial that the successful applicant will:

• Be able to work in a team environment with like-minded people.
• Be a NZ resident/citizen and hold (or be eligible to hold) a current practicing certificate in New Zealand.
