The person we are seeking will have four to seven years' experience, and will work alongside leaders in the market – Jan Etwell and Rebecca Green. You'll be an important part of the team and your contribution will be highly valued and appreciated.

You will be working with people from a range of disciplines and involved in a variety of challenging work from inception to delivery. You will assist in providing advice to local and international banks, financial institutions and public and private sector organisations to develop and implement commercially effective structures for financing transactions as well as providing regulatory and prudential advice to those entities. You will have existing experience in general banking and finance, ideally including property finance and general corporate lending. We are panel lawyers for the major banks which provides the opportunity to do high quality, high-profile and challenging work.

Experience in regulatory compliance work in the financial services sector is also desirable but not necessary.
