• Proven senior management leadership position/s 3 years+
• Proven experience to build a high performing team
• Proven relationship management
• Proven conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write documents that are clear, concise and in plain English, and present information verbally
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a commitment to developing and maintaining Mana enhancing relationships
• A great team player and an even better problem solver!
• High level of judgment, maturity, resilience and personal mana – you will need courage under fire!
