In the summary of the decision Kohli v Brahmbhatt [2020] NZEmpC 20 in LawPoints 495 (12 March 2020) our summary incorrectly stated that the Court ordered the defendants to pay $10,000 security for costs.
In fact, the Court ordered the plaintiffs to pay $10,000 security for costs.
