The Overseas Investment Office (OIO) has released details of its proposed new fee structure for investors' applications.
The changes are expected to take place in mid-2016.
The OIO says the fee increases will enable it to hire more staff and allow it to undertake more responsive monitoring and enforcement on consent conditions.
