Warren and Mahoney Architects has recently appointed Charlotte Moll as Senior Legal Counsel. Charlotte will be based in the Auckland studio and will report to Grant Wilson, the Chief Operating Officer.

Admitted in 2012, Charlotte joins Warren and Mahoney following in-house roles at Vector Limited and Fonterra Co-operative Limited. Charlotte advises on all areas of New Zealand corporate law with experience on a diverse range of contracts and legal matters, with a particular focus on corporate governance. Charlotte started her career at Russell McVeagh where she specialised in resource management law and corporate law.
