Michael Finucane

Michael initially worked in the commercial team of a major Auckland law firm before taking on a role within the Office of Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Justice. 

Michael’s practice includes health sector advice, commercial law and contracting, public law, and the management of investigations by regulators including the Health and Disability Commissioner. Michael joined Claro in May 2021 to further a longstanding interest in the health sector and is based in Claro’s Auckland office.
