Duncan Cotterill has announced the promotion of construction and insurance law expert Tanya Wood to partner of its Auckland litigation team. Tanya joined the Duncan Cotterill team as Special Counsel in 2019 from MinterEllisonRuddWatts, she has expertise in the areas of construction litigation and insurance law. Tanya regularly acts for insurers on a range of insurance disputes. She also acts for private clients in project and construction dispute matters.
