Burton Partners has welcomed Hayden Smith to the partnership.

Hayden joined Burton Partners in February 2019 as Special Counsel. With 15 years’ experience in both private practice and in-house positions, Hayden focuses his practice on M&A, joint ventures, capital raisings, commercial contracts and corporate advisory matters. From his OE living and working in Abu Dhabi, he also has extensive experience on cross-border transactions.

Hayden’s appointment as Partner reflects the continued growth of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial practice and adds further depth to the firm’s M&A capability.
