Carole joined Heimsath Alexander in 2021 and has more than 25 years experience advising on a broad range of property matters and specialises in complex real estate developments, property finance and structuring, as well as advising on trust law and asset planning. Carole has been a partner in a firm in Auckland, in-house counsel for a property development company and principal of her own practice. Her approach is balanced and commercially focused. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve positive outcomes.

Nicola works in the corporate commercial team and has been with the firm since its inception. Nicola has more than 10 years experience and provides advice to a broad range of clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, company law, finance, compliance and consumer laws.
