New law firm Juno Legal has welcomed Nicole MacFarlane to the Auckland  team. Nicole is a commercial and regulatory lawyer, with particular expertise in financial services. She is the former General Counsel of Gas Industry Company and Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Guardian Trust. Nicole started her legal career at Chapman Tripp, has also held roles at Financial Markets Authority and Public Trust, and joins Juno after nine years as Special Counsel with DLA Piper. As a Juno lawyer, Nicole is currently supporting TSB Bank. She holds an LLB (Hons) and BA from Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.
