MinterEllisonRuddWatts partner Sarah Sinclair has been appointed as a member of the panel of private and public sector experts to support Treasury in the establishment of the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission - Te Waihanga.

Ms Sinclair is a specialist in procurement, infrastructure, construction and project finance (including PPPs). She has worked in private practice and in-house in the infrastructure and construction sectors, both internationally and in New Zealand.

Sarah Sinclair has been on the Board of Infrastructure NZ (previously NZCID) since 2012, is a trustee of New Zealand Housing Foundation, an officer of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association and is on the Board of MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
