Melissa joined Rice Speir on 13 January 2020.

Melissa has been working in Hong Kong since 2018 as Associate General Counsel for Allied World Assurance and prior to this was at a large litigation firm in Auckland.  She is an experienced insurance and civil litigation lawyer who has represented international insurers and their insureds. Melissa has a keen interest in product liability, property and construction claims.
