Litigation and dispute resolution firm Grimshaw & Co has appointed five new associates.

Sarah Tomlinson started with the firm in October 2012. She currently works on a range of civil and commercial disputes, specialising in insurance and construction law cases.

Kishen Kommu joined the firm in July 2014 having previously gained experience in commercial disputes. His experience includes trust litigation, contractual disputes, employment disputes, and corporate insolvency.

Merran Gibson joined the firm in July 2011. She currently specialists in leaky building claims involving multi-unit apartments.

Alex Gormack joined the firm in January 2012. He has experience in commercial litigation, including construction, insurance, insolvency, contract and negligence disputes.

Roger Freakley currently specialises in construction law and general dispute management.
