Rachael Adams, Principal of Adams Law, and Bruce Hesketh, barrister, have joined their respective practices and formed the new Tauranga firm of Adams Hesketh.  The firm specialises in family and criminal litigation.

Rachael Adams was admitted in 1984 and practises predominantly in the areas of family and criminal work.  

She is Lawyer for Child, a Youth Advocate, prosecutes for the SPCA, and is a current committee member of the Criminal Bar Association.

Bruce Hesketh. 

Bruce Hesketh was admitted in 1995 and has worked most of his career in the Waikato Bay of Plenty areas.  

He is a former Branch President of the Waikato Bay of Plenty branch of the New Zealand Law Society and was the Deputy Public Defender in charge of the Wellington office over the 2015-2016 period.  He returned to the Bay of Plenty into private practice in 2016.
