Specialist litigation and arbitration law firm Lindsay LA has appointed Tom Pasley as a director from 1 April 2019.

Tom is an experienced commercial litigator and has particular expertise in complex contractual disputes, company and securities law, banking and financing disputes, competition law, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, and class actions.  

Tom was a founding member of Lindsay LA in 2017, having started his career as a solicitor at Bell Gully and later practising as a junior barrister sole at Bankside Chambers.
