Tusk Legal Services has appointed Dr Maya Mitchell as Senior Associate. Maya's practice will focus on matters of contract, corporate governance and general business issues together with specialist services related to cross border transactions.

Maya joins from Auckland University's Faculty of Law where she lectured Tort law, Contract law, legal methodology, Common Law and International Commercial Contracts.

She is a fluent German speaker and completed her LLM in German Law while also lecturing at the University of Wuerzburg and her PhD in International Private Law at the University of Cologne.
