The Takeovers Panel has released an independent expert report on the fair and reasonable value of the shares in Chow Group Ltd (now renamed RIS Group Ltd).

The Panel appointed TDB Advisory Ltd on 9 July 2018 as an independent expert under rule 57 of the Takeovers Code.

TDB Advisory says it assesses a single point value of $0.62 for each of the Outstanding Shares.

It says this represents an increase of $0.02 per share over the existing offer price of $0.60 per share. A value of approximately $10.274 million for all the shares in the company at 7 June 2018, the date of the valuation, is assessed.
