If you're a criminal practitioner, we want to hear about the issues you're experiencing when accessing your clients in custody. As announced in LawPoints in June, we want to hear directly from you about the current issues at each Corrections facility you attend.
We know practitioners are facing challenges across the country from booking in-person appointments and phone calls, to setting up remote video conferencing and providing disclosure.
