The Attorney-General of the Australian Capital Territory has asked the New Zealand Law Society to advise New Zealand lawyers that expressions of interest are being sought from qualified people for appointment as the President of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The appointment is expected to take effect from 2 January 2017.
In its annual report, ACAT says it "considers and resolves applications lodged by individuals, businesses, government agencies and occupational regulatory authorities about many different things."
