The Board of Drug Free Sport New Zealand is proposing to make the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2018) pursuant to section 16 of the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006. The 2018 Rules will amend the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2017).

A notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 October 2017 says it is proposed that the 2018 Rules will incorporate by reference a number of World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards.

The draft 2018 Rules and the material incorporated by reference can be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at Drug Free Sport New Zealand, Level 3, Building 5, 666 Great South Road, Auckland. Copies may also be purchased from that address.

Drug Free Sport says the draft 2018 Rules may also be viewed on its website at www.drugfreesport.org.nz.

Comments on the proposed rules may be sent to Scott Tibbutt scott@drugfreesport.org.nz and must be received by 3 November 2017.
