Do you practise in the area of relationship property?

The Family Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society, in conjunction with the accounting firm Grant Thornton NZ, invites you to participate in the New Zealand Relationship Property Survey 2017.

This is your opportunity to share your views on relationship property issues that are important. The New Zealand Law Society values your opinion and would like to hear your thoughts on the key practice, legal and financial issues which relationship property lawyers and their clients face.

The more lawyers that participate the more compelling the results will be.

Please set aside about 15 minutes to complete the survey between today and 5:00pm, Monday 19 June 2017, when the survey will close.

Your answers are completely confidential. The survey is being run by the market research firm IPSOS whose code of conduct ensures confidentiality for individuals.

Family Law Section chair, Michelle Duggan, talks about the purpose and importance of the survey. Click here to view the video.
