The Video Interpreting Service, which allows people using New Zealand Sign Language to phone others by using a NZSL interpreter, is now available at weekends, MBIE says.
The NZLS Video Interpreting Service provides an interpreter who translates to others on the phone or in person.
The service was previously available from 8am to 8pm on weekdays. It can now also be accessed on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm and also on public holidays.
