Thomas Ennis, former partner of AJ Park & So, died in October 2002 at the age of 93. He was part of AJ Park for 65 years – 50 as a partner in the firm.
He finished his law degree in 1929 and qualified as a patent attorney in 1937. Tom joined Andrew John Park in the practice which Park had taken over from his father in the 1920s. In 1950, Andrew Park "the younger" retired and transferred AJ Park & Son to Tom Ennis.
A brief history of AJ Park states that as head of the firm Tom Ennis travelled extensively and strengthened its international affiliations. He continued to expand the business by employing young executives already or nearly graduated in a variety of professional fields.
Tom retired from the AJ Park partnership in March 1988 but continued as a consultant until his 91st year.
