A New Zealand Gazette notice states that Mark Eversfield Perkins has been appointed an Acting Judge of the Employment Court.

The appointment is for a 12-month period from 28 December 2017.

Judge Perkins was appointed a permanent judge of the Employment Court in 2013, after being appointed a District Court Judge in 1999. He retired from the Employment Court bench earlier this month.
